We work within a healthy mobility range for increased strength, flexibility and stability, avoiding extreme yoga poses. The classes are especially gentle on the hands, wrists and shoulders. Suitable for all levels, from beginners to seniors to seasoned yogis who want a slower, more nourishing practice.
