KICKSTART YOUR AUTUMN WITH YOGA
Get more toned and relaxed with Slow Flow Yoga, where we work within a healthy mobility range for increased strength, flexibility and stability. Moving with the breath we always listen to our inner guidance and adapt poses if necessary. The classes are more gentle on the wrists and shoulders than traditional vinyasa, avoiding the more advanced yoga poses. A mindful and nourishing practice which is suitable for all levels.
If you are a complete beginner or want to refresh your knowledge of yoga, then your are most welcome to join the Yoga for Beginners course which starts 5 October. Small, friendly group where we learn the basics of a yoga practice.
