2022 Get more toned and relaxed with Slow Flow Yoga! It's a wonderful practice where we work within a healthy mobility range for increased strength, flexibility and stability. Moving with the breath, we always listen to our inner guidance and adapt poses if necessary. The classes are more gentle on the wrists and shoulders than traditional vinyasa. A mindful and nourishing practice which is suitable for all levels including beginners.
