ONLINE YOGA CLASSES
The online yoga classes will continue again in September.
Thank you all lovely yogis who joined the live online classes via Zoom these last few months. It was an absolute pleasure meeting you and exploring yoga together. The term finished with an amazing 7 week inner journey through the main Chakras, bringing more balance, calmness, creativity, confidence and joy into our lives.
In yoga, the life force energy (Prana) travels through the subtle body along channels called Nadis. In Chinese Medicine the same energy is called Qi or Chi and the channels are the Meridian lines. The energy channels intersect at points of intensified energy, and these are the Chakras, or Wheels: spinning energy centres in the subtle body. They regulate all parts of the bodily system, influencing everything from emotional processing to resistance to disease. Yoga has long been used to help to unblock and balance the chakras, to promote the flow of positive energy throughout the entire body.

My yoga classes are very gentle on the hands, wrists and shoulders, no extreme yoga poses. Suitable for all levels, including beginners, seniors and experienced yogis who want a slower, more nurturing practice.
