CLASSES
Classes are pre-booked and paid for via the website. Class bookings can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 12 hours in advance. If you choose to cancel a drop-in payment we will refund the fee back to your account (less a 10% admin fee and any currency exchange and/or transfer costs). For any cancellations made with less than 12 hours notice, or if you don’t turn up to the class, you will be charged the full fee.
CLASS PASS
Class passes are assigned to individual client accounts and cannot be shared between clients. Subject to any statutory right of cancellation (i.e. in the rare of a class having to be cancelled for any reason), payments for Class Passes are non-refundable.
WORKSHOPS / EVENTS
When booking a course or workshop, we will only offer a full refund (less a 10% admin fee) when cancelling more than 28 days before the beginning of the event. For any other cancellations there will be no refunds or transfers unless your place can be filled from a waiting list in which case we will refund the fee (less a 20% admin fee). If a course or workshop is cancelled the ticket holders will be offered either a cash refund or the option of being transferred into an alternative event. Once you have committed to a course or workshop, we recommend that you attend the scheduled number of sessions to get the most out of the programme.
